Sculpt Accent Chair

Crate&Barrel - 2020

A fully upholstered three leg accent chair. Proportions were based on the relationship of positive / negative space. All interior surfaces have at least two inches of crown, creating a soft, curved surface.

Process

The process began with hand sketching and quickly moved to CAD in order to refine details, proportions, and construction.

Final samples was reviewed in person in the U.S.A, Vietnam and China.
